Troubleshooting is the place to get help with installing, configuring, and operating OpenClaw.

When starting a topic, give the community enough context to understand the problem:

- OpenClaw version
- Operating system and version
- Installation method
- What you expected to happen
- The exact error message
- What you have already tried

Relevant logs, screenshots, and configuration excerpts can help. Before posting, remove API keys, tokens, passwords, cookies, private URLs, personal information, and other identifying details. Never upload your complete configuration or credential store.

Keep each topic focused on one problem and use a clear, specific title.

If a reply fixes the problem, mark it as the accepted solution. That helps the next person find the answer and gives credit to the person who helped.
